You didn't even tell me on which point(s) your disagreement(s) come. Care to elaborate?

Automotive Jacks: You disagree, but you didn’t communicate very well why you disagree. I can reply to both personal and blog emails from there. I don't use it for school emails, but I don't want to check my work email from home anyway. :)
I also keep all of my calendars online with Google Calendar. Both the email and the calendar stuff syncs directly to my iPhone, so it works out nicely.
As far as the emails go, I generally open most of my emails, but I think that may be because I am borderline OCD in a number of areas of my life. It took a lot of work for me to realize that I don't have to reply to every single email I get anyway.

Robin, I actually have all of email addresses forwarded to one central Gmail account. parents is a great idea. That way we can participate or not.
When people opt in for a blog that way they are giving permission
to get the e-mail.
I have found that I do not open 7/8's of the e-mails I get. However,
I can glance through them easily and then just dump the whole bunch
once a month or so. I just keep the few that I have responded to by
going into my sent folder.
My son gave me a great tip for keeping a database of addresses
and passwords that I will not loose if my computer goes down again.
In Yahoo there is a suitcase.I can cut and paste a word file. He also told me that Norton program has a save passwords feature that is online. I do not have to worry about loosing that file with my passwords!
I want to see if I can stream all my addresses there so I have them
too. Does anyone know how to do that? Or, do I have to retype them all?

I think your idea of a blog for our circle of students and<br
