I was doing tickets and raffles, it was so hard to keep up with and very time consuming. I like the marble idea and there are some teachers at my school who do that as well. What do you do if you have a handful of students that will continually misbehave and make the whole class suffer? It makes me so sad to admit that I am highly trained in Positive Behavioral Support and this year, my first year in general ed, I've had a hard time implementing this with a class of 30. I really like how you put the contingency that REWARD x will come with behavior y instead of PUNISHMENT x will come with behavior y.

I’ve really struggled with finding motivators this year.
