Do you have any suggestions for establishing authority even though they know I am still a college student and not their actual teacher? I think this will be a very important skill to learn! The more comfortable I am doing it, the more naturally it comes. I'm going to revisit this post actually sometime this month and look at it from perhaps a slightly different perspective.
