Not only to they need our academic guidance, today kids need teacher who care enough to share an interest in their personal lives beyond the classroom. It seems too many parents are neglectful in taking an interest in their child's lives. While a teacher cannot easily fill the shoes of a responsible and caring parent, we can make a small difference by simplay listening to students and showing we care. Well, said!
