I think everyone needs their down time to relax and regroup. Of course I worked during lunch a few times but I did not make a habit of it. This leads teachers to get burned out. In fact I invited a few friends to eat lunch with me in my room and it became my support group. I have to say I agree with everything on your list except work during lunch.
