It's awesome - it gives you a visual representation of how users behave on your site. You'll identify 'hot' and 'cold' spots on your layout, etc. It's a tool I wish I'd made use of long ago. It takes about 1,000 visitors to get enough data to make solid conclusions, but it's the closest thing you can get to being able to look over a reader's shoulder.
