This example is <strong>not</strong> one of them. It's trying to stir up fear to support the argument. In order for this line of reasoning to work, you would also have to bag all backpacks, purses, gym bags, or any item of clothing that wasn't skin tight. I'm willing to bet you would hide a gun in the pocket of a pair of dress pants just as well as in the pocket of a pair of jeans.
