The Twelve Days of Teaching

teaching_abroad_k-12EDIT: I replaced the original image I had on here. This one was taken from Transitions Abroad’s website. It’s a classroom in Guatamala. I so desperately want to go overseas (at least out of the US) and teach for a summer, or even for a year. That has nothing to do with the remainder of the article, but I thought I’d throw it in there.

On the twelfth day of teaching, my Teacher gave to me:

Joel Wagner (@sywtt) began teaching band in 2002. Though he had a lot of information, his classes were out of control. 1. Oh, definitely go overseas! I did it for 3 years. :) I went through a Christian organization and taught at American schools. Check out http://www.nics.org. It (NICS) is a good way to get your foot in the door w/out having to try and compete for the really high-paying jobs.

  2. Great job! Love your articles. Keep up the good work!

    PS: It’s Guatemala not Guatamala.
